Hotel location is perfect for JBR the walk. One bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy, staff were all very friendly especially aslam in the restaurant and arshad at the front of the house a very helpful chap. Check in was smooth and all our requests were adhered to.

Perfect location with proximity to JBR, lovely restaurant The Maine, tasty breakfast buffet, real barista coffee, pool area good vibe with great music. Staff focused and always with a smile. Rooms has amazing view if sea view is chosen

Had a really nice week, very good located and a nice view at Jumeriah Beach and Bluewater Island. The service was excellent at every time, especially our concierge Arshad. It is an absolute recommendation for a short or longer stay in Dubai.

The customer service was the best I've experienced for a long time with special thanks to Mr Ozair Hussain the Travel consultant who planned and made my movement to all places I visited smooth and seem less and the room service was impeccable. Felt very safe and all staff were so friendly and helpful. Taxi service right at the doorstep. Will stay here anytime am in Dubai. Would recommend this hotel to anyone especially visiting Dubai first time.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, they offer a personal touch. The suites are large, great for families. Breakfast was extremely clean with everyone expected to wear gloves. The range of food was excellent as was poolside food at a very reasonable price.
