We were in the hotel way too early, but instead of the usual possibility to store our luggage, the very friendly lady at the check in offered us to use the hotel facilities or to go to breakfast first. With every contact we always had the feeling that everything we wanted was tried to be made possible.. thanks everyone

We had a great stay hereat JW Marriott. Writing this review because was overwhelmed with the excellent experience we had. All staff were kind and respectful. From checking in and checking out, we were assisted with the best service! Will recommend to colleagues and friends. The location is good too which is accessible to all. Surely will book again when having a visit in the city. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome upon our arrival.

I recently had the pleasure staying in the JW for 3 nights and I was really impressed. From entering the hotel, being recognised by name and staying on a high floor overseeing Dubai. When requesting an adaptor, the AYS team came up quickly with a basket with a selection of 5 different adaptors, letting me select the correct one I needed. The breakfast selection in Kitchen 6 was also great. Had a different breakfast each day. The interaction with Ahmed Ali was a delight, great interaction and never to busy to answer any question.

Check in process was smooth. Hotel was always clean. Room was always clean. Food was tasty and usually fresh. Egg and pasta dishes were made fresh on the day in front of you. . Staff members, especially those designated were exceptional. They were very polite, kind, attentive and helpful. I felt like VIP. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel and I would return to stay at this hotel.

Our stay at JW marriot hotel dubai was memorable. The location ess great, the hotel staff were very cautious and helpful. Their service was beyond belief. Hotel was very clean. The food was divine with a lot of variety. I am booking again for December.

Overall satisfied. The hotel has everything you need and more. Perfect getaway place. Nice pool and close to the beach. Also close to downtown if you get tired of sunbathing. Been staying here before and will definitely return again when visiting Dubai.

Awesome view from this hotel ! Yousef has been super helpful and friendly in assisting our check in ! Really appreciated it ! The room is fantastic ! Spacious ! Totally worth the money ! Very convenient location , the centre of Dubai ! You will definitely be back ! Also lastly will like to mention Luise from conceign is also wonderful too ! If hotel service matter to you , this is the one to go !
