I have been staying in this hotel for quite long and the services provided are excellent . The hospitality is excellent and also the services and mannerisms of Mr Sumon is appealing . He treats the guests with great respect and does the needful without any hesitation . I would recommend this hotel for any persons visiting dubai . They are excellent at hospitality and services are awesome .

I booked the hotel one night，the receptionists are so friendly and patientthe one chinese staff upgraded my room free ，when I was checking out the staff helped me arrange the taxi

Stayed at Al Meydan was absolutely my right choice. Since the room has very wonderful view and I’m in love with the bathtub. Staffs are very attentive especially front office team. I also like the location;)

I wonder thank all your stuff at the restaurant, especially Jannette for taking care of my little baby. My baby was sick and was vomiting everything. But your stuff were very kind and helped me with my baby. I couldn’t have my breakfast, Jennette took it to my room. I really thank her for her initiative and for her support.

Ace staff & an ace Hotel. All staff very attentive, friendly & couldn't do enough for us. We were made to feel very special and almost like one of the family. Thursday evening brunch is recommended as awesome choice of food and a great disco. The Friday brunch is also highly recommended with an even more awesome choice of world cuisine, presented beautifully by such great staff. Our room was perfect with a balcony overlooking the racetrack.....Very luxurious & a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you Mr Shawky (Hotel Manager) for arranging an anniversary cake to be brought to the room, which was very thoughtful & a nice surprise. Also thank you to Myo on reception and Jennifer in the Farriers restaurant who were both excellent and took very good care of us.

We got a surprise birthday cake delivered to our room for my husband's birthday, the gesture was extremely kind not to mention the cake was delicious... fantastic services and especial thanks to anurag who made my trip comfortable

We liked the staff they were very kind and helpfull. The rooms were clean and we had a nice partial sea view. The breakfast was also very nice! We really liked our stay and if we’re back in Dubai we know where we’ll be staying.

I went there for 3 days for office purpose and all staff was fantastic an supportive .. really great customer service including front office and food was also okay .. you will enjoy a lot once you there

The most amazing romantic diner we ever experienced in Dubai. Incredible quality and tasty food, chef Sapan knows his business and the service is implacable, thanks to Jishu and the whole restaurant staff. We really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.
