The hotel is cozy and quiet, not too loud which is perfect for relaxing. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The reception let me check in early and also gave us a late checkout. The breakfast was very nice, it’s a great choice of all necessities.

Excellent service and attention from the staff. Very nice food. The place has a beautiful terrace which becomes tremendously enjoyable during the month of December. The hotel Kempinski is also a beautiful place where you have several outlets to chill out.

The ambiance in Kempinski is really great, the doorman Mr Kingsley is very passionate and he was very welcoming i had amazing experience because of him, going to the bar Noir which was recommended by him. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone, i really had a great time. Thanks to the management and the staff.

Thank you all at the kempinski for such an amazing holiday. Special thanks to Dubai Travel craze team and hote staff for their fantastic customer service. This was our first holiday in a very long time and the children loved all the different pools and the water slide.

Luxurious hotel, beautiful lobby with a lovely aroma scent. Big clean room. Restaurant staff are very caring and friendly There were a variety of different food, restaurants outdoor place is very beautiful. Door staff are welcome and friendly specially Fernand. Really enjoyed my stay there.
