My first stay in this hotel. Booked through Dubai Travel craze and check in was smooth.. I stayed in room 212 and Room was really really spacious. first time I saw a room that big in Dubai. Property was neat and clean.

Location, beach and pool facilities, lots of bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Staff at the reception were very helpful and attentive.

It was amazing there. The personal was so nice. They remembered what we want for breakfast. Everyone there was very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a nice view to the ocean. I can't wait to come back. Thanks to the Aloft to make this 11 days unforgettable

We booked the aloft for a five day stay. The experience was great! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had booked a king bed with a sea view. The view was spectacular. The rooms were cleaned daily. We normally had lunch at the splash pool bar, the food was outstanding and came in large portions. We were all inclusive, so the pizza place was not part of it( which was disappointing) The beach was great, you could keep yourself hydrated with the No’Shu bar. Towels were provided and taken to your beds by the life guard or the staff member. The Mexican place had to be booked, Thursday and Friday were not available to all inclusive. A big shout to Julia and Kapoor who were always helpful and cheerful. The Reception team, Bong and F&B team always went the extra mile to…

I would like to commend two staffs sarucha and kenneth, who also made our stay one of a kind. Sarucha serves good drinks and Kenneth also is very welcoming and engaging. Very professional indeed.

The location is so beautiful. Recommend a king room with a sea view. Every single member of staff we came across in this hotel was professional, helpful and friendly.
